“CardioRhythm 2017” is jointly organized by the Hong Kong College of Cardiology and Chinese Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology. The worldwide Cardiology Specialists attend this professional conference, to exchange the current development and findings through a series of seminars and networking occasions.
SADS HK Foundation collaborated with Princess Margaret Hospital and the Department of Health to pioneer Hong Kong‘s first SADS research. The research was awarded “The Best Paper” in the conference on 26 Feb. Focusing on deceased victims of sudden deaths and their first-degree relatives, this research aims to analysis on the linkage between SADS conditions and sudden death and hereditary rate in Hong Kong, in an effort to raise the awareness of SADS amongst the general public as well as the medical community.
